Get a Taste of What's to Come

We grow microgreens year-round.

Spring:
Expect leafy greens like lettuce, kale, arugula, rainbow chard and spinach, along with early root vegetables such as salad turnips, radishes, carrots, beets, and kohlrabi.  Specialty items like strawberries, sprouting broccoli & spring raab, scallions, leeks, garlic scapes, snap and snow peas, and spring herbs like cilantro and dill are also common.

Summer: Shares become richer with heat-loving crops: tomatoes (cherry, heirloom, slicing and roma), peppers (sweet and hot), eggplant, cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, and green beans. Sweet corn, melons (watermelon, cantaloupe), and fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) appear in peak season. Herbs like basil are abundant. Root crops like new potatoes, carrots and onions. Greens like summer lettuce mix, kale, chard, and collards.

Autumn: Focus shifts to storage crops and hardy greens.  Expect potatoes and carrots of all colors and sizes, winter squash (butternut, acorn, delicata, kabocha and pumpkins), onions, garlic, leeks, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, radishes and turnips. Hearty greens like kale, collard greens, and Swiss chard continue through cooler weather. "Fresh, delicious produce, with varieties I’ve never seen before! Way better than any produce you could ever get from any grocery store. Their classes and tours of the farm are phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things."

Aubrey A.

"Fantastic fruits and veggies grown by awesome folks who are passionate about their work. Really cool varieties of stuff that you can't find anywhere else. Their CSA box always determines our menus for the week and it's a fun challenge to try new dishes that showcases these ingredients."

What happens if I go on vacation/need to skip a week?

While we'd never advise skipping your veggies, we understand that life gets busy! Every week, you'll receive a text message and email alert when our harvest starts, with the option to “skip” by 7am Wednesday to opt out of the week's order at no charge (full season members will receive a full week's credit to use on their next order).

Can I add-on extras?

Yes! CSA members get first dibs on sale items and farm-fresh add-ons, including eggs (waitlist only!), bread, meat, and mushrooms, and microgreens. If you're adding extras from the shop, be sure to add items you'd like to your cart by 7am Wednesday for them to be included in that week's share.

Do you accept SNAP/EBT?

We can accept EBT/SNAP if you pick up at the Vancouver Farmers Market. Learn more about the program here.

To pay for your CSA boxes with SNAP, please sign up with a valid credit card and use promo code: SNAP26. Your card will not be charged, and you'll need to present your SNAP card for payment at pickup.

Please check out using code: SNAP26 and email us for the full application form.

What am I committing to at sign up?

Becoming a farm member is similar to supporting a CSA or Community Supported Agriculture but with more flexibility and choice options!  With our membership- you can choose what you want in your farm box each week and add on items as needed.

Farm boxes start pre-loaded for a $25 value and contain the best items that are in season. You can then swap out and add in anything from the shop.

When you purchase farm box credits at the beginning of the season you can use those credits all season long.  They never expire and you can order what you want, when you want it.

CSA is a powerful way to build local food systems through partnership between you and your farmer’s annual harvest.  Your payment helps the farmers with their upfront investment and it allows them to purchase items needed to supply the the best produce and locally grown goodies all season long.

If you run out of credits you can top up anytime.  You can skip when you’re heading out of town.

When you purchase:
$250 in farm box credits you get 10 weeks of produce
$400 = 16 weeks
$550 = 22 weeks

You can also purchase one time boxes from our retail shop, but with a farm membership you can save up to $165!

LOVE IT GUARANTEE!
As farmers it's hard to know what a vegetable will taste like just by looking at it. Sometimes vegetables look great but are woody, dry or rotten inside. We don't feel like you should have to pay for something that isn't delicious or edible. If you are unhappy with any of our of vegetables or products please let us know within 1 week and we'll be happy to either replace or credit the item.
